How long is JPMorgan FT Analyst program ?

Hey guys, did not see much information on this here...so wondering: how long is JPM analyst program? It begins in July. A quick research via LinkedIn shows a range of 2 years to 3.5 years before the analyst switches title to associate,,,so what exactly is it and how is the promotion determined (or early promotion)?

Also, I am referring to the Asset Management analysts. When and how is a promotion usually communicated? Like will we know 3 months in advance that we are going to be promoted to associate? If anyone can shed some insight into how it works at JPM would be much appreciated!
