What is the most interesting deal you've ever worked on?
If you were [your age here], what would you tell yourself as you entered a career in PE?
What is the framework / heuristic that you most rely upon in investing (e.g., for example I think Marks' opinion that you should never feel bad if your investment fails because of a risk you identified but decided to invest anyway, but if your investment fails because you did not properly identify all risks, you're a shit investor)
- This might be a harder question to communicate but I think maybe the most interesting
