How to go about the process of investing in private equity funds

I and a small cohort of peers have pooled low 7 figures of capital in order to invest in 2-3 VC firms as Seed/A funds typically have minimum checks of $100k. On my end I would put together 2-3 SPVs for each of these through which I would make a fund investment.

However I'm not sure how to get on a fund's radar as some of the funds I am interested in (all selected based on interest and experience in their sector) do not have IR and on their website they simply have an email of "[email protected]".

How do you go about the process of fund investing from here? Should I email a GP? Some of them I could get warm intros to from CEOs in their portfolio company and some would be completely cold.

Thanks in advance.
