London PE Analyst Programs

I have a FT offer from GS / MS but am more interested in starting as an analyst in PE as I find the work much more intellectually stimulating. It seems that the firms that publicly announce positions (e.g. Partners Group, GIC, CPPIB) all have rotational programs where you can't apply directly for the PE team. As such, you run the risk of ending up in some random credit team after the 2-3 year rotational programs.

Meanwhile, it seems that the PE firms that use headhunters to recruit directly for corporate PE positions haven't really gotten started with recruiting yet. The only process I've heard of from the headhunters is Warburg Pincus. What other firms will be recruiting for FT analyst positions this year and what does the timeline look like?
