Megafunds for spanish speaking natives in Europe

European PE: Does anyone have any edge on which Megafunds (or even MM Funds) are hiring primarily spanish speaking natives?

I've seen lots of incoming analysts from french and german speaking countries placing at megafunds, not so much from spanish speaking ones.

Reason for my question: deciding whether or not to pursue a MiM at HEC which could improve my french. I'm a spanish speaking native. Aiming for PE directly from analyst position, don't want to pursue IB from analyst position and then exit to PE.
