Senior PE associate comp in London?

I'm a third year IBD associate and I'm in final rounds with a mid market private equity firm in London interviewing for an associate level 2 position.

Unfortunately I didn't apply through a headhunter so wasn't given an insight into comp and didn't want to ask during the interviews but I'd like to be prepared in case of negotiations if an offer is made.

All figures in GBP, details:

Hierarchy: Something like.. Associate (4 years) > Principal (6+ years) > Partner AUM: not 100% sure but I'm guessing between £3 to 5 billion Most recent fund raise size: £1 to 3 billion Returns: their past funds have delivered strong returns

Based on the above, what comp package (base/bonus) could I expect as an associate 2 and the year after as an associate 3? Also at a fund like this, when would you expect carried interest to be given?

Current comp: £110k base as an IBD associate 3 in London, last year as an associate 2 I was on £100k with approximately 100% bonus.

Also out of interest, what would you expect a fund like this to pay as a principal in terms of base/bonus/carried interest? Thanks
