Software Resources

I was hoping someone out there may pass along some resources/links to articles, books, websites, twitter feeds, etc. that you like to read or watch to learn about software trends, product offerings, use cases, etc. Interested in learning more from an investor standpoint, but also interested in learning from an operators view as well because that may be useful.
