TDR Capital reputation?
These guys have done some pretty cool deals. What is their reputation like on the street?

Certainly did a few cool / successful deals. Reputation in the market however (at least as of early 2021) was rather poor as both advisors and other investors had a view of these guys to be a pain to deal with (similar as with Platinum Equity). There were funds that told us (advisor) they were not looking at assets sold by TDR purely because of past experiences dealing with them.
Can second the comment on TDR being painful to work with. Not sure what junior culture is like, but if they treat their associates anything like they treat their advisors then it can't be good.
