UK - LMM PE associate carry levels?
Ignore title, joining a UK LMM fund and about to enter negotiations on carry. Will keep it vague but sub £500m latest fund. What bps of carry should I push for? Need some comps from others in the space on what is standard or achievable.
It sort of depends on cash comp levels, but I would say 0.5% as a minimum at Associate level.
