Warburg Pincus Culture 2023

Attended a WP info session last week and wondering about the culture and hours. Mainly interested in the classic buyout groups - services, healthcare, industrials. Anyone know how they are in 2023?

Prospect in PE - LBOs

Also a prospect but from my networking I've heard

Industrials: Very sweaty but top group
Services: Less sweaty since the old group head left, because of that some limbo
Healthcare: Pretty good returns (CityMD was a monster), associates told me they were working 9-5 so I guess good culture but not sure what that means for deal flow

This is wrong. Associate comp is currently top of the street along with H&F and Apollo. If you're the one commenting above, that take isn't accurate either - industrials isn't as sweaty, HC has tremendous deal flow and is definitely not a 9-5.
