Warburg Pincus Culture 2023
Attended a WP info session last week and wondering about the culture and hours. Mainly interested in the classic buyout groups - services, healthcare, industrials. Anyone know how they are in 2023?

Career Resources
Sweaty
Also a prospect but from my networking I've heard
What about tech?
How sweaty does industrials feel? I have an invite for an interview with a VP there
For what position, Analyst or Associate? Or higher?
.
Any insights to their Tech, Financials Service and Energy group?
Bump
Interested in knowing more about services
Seems like a really interesting group looks like business and consumer services. Sotera and car wash look like deal of all sizes
Bump on this
Are interviews already out for FT analyst 2024?
How much do they pay new grads? Just curious
.
This is wrong. Associate comp is currently top of the street along with H&F and Apollo. If you're the one commenting above, that take isn't accurate either - industrials isn't as sweaty, HC has tremendous deal flow and is definitely not a 9-5.
Actually the opposite — in-line with other MF PE / slightly below top EBs for analysts, but top of street for associates
What’s analyst comp?
What’s the coverage in london / funds deploying?
Anyone get any updates?
