Who sorts the diary / sends out invites for your boards?
MM PE London - trying to push more onto the company but it’s difficult as they don’t always have EA’s… pain in the ass
Really needs to be done by the company instead of the sponsor
Why does it matter if the company has EAs? As long as you have one it’s fine no?
Still get CCd into this crap about scheduling. Also it should be portfolio company cost / time. Our EA should be focused on our sourcing meetings etc.
Your EA should be competent enough to schedule a board meeting for your portcos its literally part of their job
