So i could have the opportunity to work at a cbre/jll in a market like denver/seattle,etc. as an analyst. ik the comp is usually low base and variable bonus but if the base is like 60k and the market stays the same, is it worth considering still?if anyone has insight id appreciate it, idk how i'll be able to survive let alone net anything with 60k and maybe 0 bonus lol.

I work in one of the markets you mentioned at JLL. Yes, 60k is the base and not that great considering most jobs now start you at a higher base. However, the fee split and bonus can bring you over 100k all-in. Granted, like you mentioned bonus could be zero. You have to get on a strong team and hope deals close.
