Am I competitive at all for 2+2 Programs

I was considering applying for 2+2 programs as a senior at an ivy league right now. I will be joining a BB in their AM arm and have a 3.8 gpa. I have taken practice gmats and have generally scored in the 700-720 range, so hopefully with a bit more prep, I can crack 730+. Ideally would like to go to Columbia or Booth and was also interested in applying to Darden. However, I have very limited extracurricular experience aside from a couple of clubs + fraternity so am not sure if it is worth it for me as I have heard 2+2 apps generally take your activities and leadership much more into consideration than your work experience. What are your thoughts?

Should I just focus on my work experience and apply during the normal cycle when clubs/extracurriculars dont count as much?

Yeah I am an asian male (pakistani) so I don't think I am going to do to well on that front. Main reason I am considering an MBA is that I want to switch over to MBB consulting (struck out in FT recruiting this year so took my return).

In that case, do you think I should prioritize getting my gpa as high as possible this sem as well as prepping for the GMAT throughout the semester as opposed to the next month. Took another practice test today and got a 730 so moving up but as you said I want to be targeting a 740+. With my lack of extracurricular activities, should I just wait for the standard 3-4 years of experience before applying and boost these other factors?
