Target Continental Europe Undergrads for careers in Business and Finance who are also known to accept foreigners :

I am asking for an academic career advice in what concerns target investment banking and business universities in continental Europe. I am well aware that British universities are commonly regarded as better in that domain, however I have already discarded them (too expensive). Just for the info: I am a Moroccan atheist (felt the need to precise that) who is fully assimilated to European culture. Besides, I can speak C1/C2 level French, C1/C2 level English, and B2 level German. I have already considered St. Gallen but have heard they do not really accept non-european foreigners, I do not know if that is true or not. I have also considered some French universities in Paris however I am not quite sure on if they are what we call "target universities" for IB and Business nor of my chances of getting accepted as I do not hold a French baccalaureate but a Moroccan one in French language ("Bac international" - Sciences Physiques). Can anyone help me decide on where my chances of getting accepted are high with respect to the criteria that I have previously mentioned?
