Transfer Resume: Keep Old School? (IB SA27)
I'm currently recruiting for IB SA27. I transferred to a T20 semi-target from a non-target state school after my freshman year and am debating whether to include my old school on my resume or just list my new school, as I've heard mixed opinions. For context, I have extracurriculars (i.e. investment banking club leadership role, consulting club leadership role) from my old school on my resume, which is why I'm leaning toward keeping it, but I also don't want that to be the reason why my resume gets automatically filtered out from the hiring portals.
Also, not sure why this post keeps getting moved to the Business School and GMAT forum
Bump
whats the caliber of non-target state school?
Think Penn State / Maryland / Rutgers -- B10 state school. Also, my GPA there was 4.00 while my GPA at my current school is 3.93
might be a unique opinion but if its say like Rutgers -> Vanderbilt id keep both but if its a larger diff like maryland -> wharton id keep only wharton
