Automation of Credit Trading in S&T

I am interested in the opportunities that the automation of credit trading will bring to roles in sell side trading. I am about to join the Credit Trading desk at a BB in London as a summer intern. I have a Masters of Engineering background with a lot of coding experience in a range of languages under my belt.

1) Will there be opportunities for coding (Python,Java, C etc) 2) How will automation affect the different types of credit products

Thanks in advance
