1st Year at a No-Name [HELP]

TL;DR I hate my job at a no name boutique and don't know what to do next. My long-term goal is to work at a family office.

I am 8 months into my job as an analyst for a no name boutique in a major city in the southeast. I wanted to get advice on next steps as I am not having a good experience and am not learning skills that are transferable to other areas of finance. My end goal is to work at a family office, at this point I'm considering the following.

-Lateral to a well-known investment bank.

Pros: prestige, more comp, more learning ops.

Cons: Way more hours than I am currently working and might not be able to cut the learning curve

-Go into asset management or real estate private equity with goal to network into family office at some point

Pros: More transferable skills for what I eventually want to do (manage a family office)

Cons: ??

-Finish my two year stint and recruit for MBA then make a career change

Pros: Get better network from school, focus on my career, improve knowledge base

Cons: I hate my current job and don't know if I can wait that long, not sure if I can survive two years making 0 dollars while at an MBA

Please help, any advice is appreciated
