2022 IB, S&T etc Recruitment Timeline
Hi all,
This might be only me but I am curious to hear what other think. Since March I have been stressed out of my mind of recruitment timelines and application deadlines. As someone who attends a non-target and doesn't have a surplus of resources from alumni I know its harder to keep track of everything compared to a larger school but I swear this recruitment cycle has been ridiculous. From Fidelity & RBC closing in early March to JPM not doing any interviews till late summer, I am a bit confused how in the hell we are all supposed to compare offers and understand what's available. How are others dealing with the staggering of timelines by different firms? I had a second round interview with a firm in early May but just submitted a app to another firm yesterday. Crazy stuff.
Do you know when Barclays, Wells Fargo, BoA, and Citi are doing interviews as well?
I have an interview with fidelity tomorrow, idk about that man….
