$375k average @ Stryker sales says recruiter $117k says glassdoor Which is correct?

I'm trying to figure out if the Stryker recruiter was overhyping the sales pay when he said the averages sales rep makes $375k per year?
>I checked on Glassdoor and 73 salaries were averaged out and $117k was the average with the commission. ]
>Remember the recruiter didn't say top reps make $375k they said the average full reps(not associate reps) make $375k and top reps make $700k per year.
>I know that glassdoor can skew lower because it might have more people posting there that are not happy and quit but almost every top cybersecurity company like Fortinet has several sales roles that post $200-300k average salaries.

Therefore, if all my friends with cybersecurity companies tell me they are making $180k-$250k and Glassdoor also agrees with this it makes more sense to choose a cybersecurity sales career over Medical sales.

But I could be wrong so I wanted to hear what the top finance guys who know more than I do think about my conclusion and which career you would pick?
