Are Gucci or Salvatore Ferragamo loafers too much for a summer intern?
Going to be interning this summer at a BB and was thinking of buying loafers for the summer. Any thoughts? If you can provide a picture that would be great too.

likely no one will care but if i saw an intern wearing bit loafers and a bespoke suit (and whatever else you're planning on buying) i'd immediately think one of two things: 1) he blows all of his money on his clothes 2) he might have money / come from a wealthy family
buy a kick ass pair of shoes if that's what you want but honestly there's nothing wrong with johnston & murphy for an SA and cole haan is probably as expensive as i would go
