is it your first year or are you graduating? If you're on your first year, you should be able to retake the exam and since Booth has GND, no one will ever find out. If this delay your graduation, then I don't know. Frankly, I have a hard time understanding how you can fail a bschool class, business school is essentially just set up so you cannot fail so it would make for a very, very awkward conversation. No offense to the OP, but I know my reaction hearing a incoming senior associate had failed a class and would have to delay graduation would be: "we fucked up and hired a moron".
