Bain test on Cubiks

Can people who have taken the Bain online test (short candidate survey and logical skills test) clarify what's on it please?

  1. Are all of the questions data interpretation questions based on tables & graphs? (my test page just says RfB Numerical Reasoning)?
  2. If there are verbal/critical reasoning questions, what kind? True/False/Can't Say? Assessing the logic of arguments?
  3. Any diagrammatic questions (sometimes called inductive reasoning, with patterns and shapes)?
  4. Any geometry?
  5. Any probability?
  6. Any permutations/combinatorics?
  7. Any number properties (e.g. divisibility, primes)?
  8. Any advice for how to practice? Is any section of the GMAT similar to these questions?

And regarding the rules of the test:
9. Are you allowed to skip questions? Or do you need to choose an answer in order to proceed to the next question?
10. Are you allowed to return to an answer once you've answered/skipped it?
11. Is there a penalty for wrong answers or do you simply not receive any points?
12. How many questions are on the test?

And regarding the short candidate survey:
13. Are they multiple choice questions ? or you have to fill in ?
14. Are they focused on leadership ? teamwork ? or anything else ?
15. Are they limited in time as well ?

Thanks!

I took the test on Wednesday. I applied for the London office. I assume the test is the same globally? 1. Yes 2. There are some chart/table interpretation where you answer T/F/can't say. No "verbal" component. 3.4.5.6.7. No 8. I had practiced for OW test and PST. Didn't do any further prep. I think Cubiks has a practice test area. 9. Not sure. I went in order and didn't skip any. 10. I had a 2-3 minutes at the end and went back to a couple of questions and was seemingly able to change the answer. 11. It doesn't state that you lose points for wrong answers. 12. 28 questions in 25 minutes.

  1. The survey was pointless. It just asked you to fill in some of the info that should already be present on your CV.
  2. No real focus. It did ask about extracurriculars and ask you to write a short description of your level of involvements. The example they gave was one sentence.
  3. Unlimited time.
