Baume and Mercier Clifton vs. Tag Heuer Aquaracer vs. Tudor stainless

I've looked at the black leather baume and Mercier clifton but also the Tag stainless aquaracer. Finally the Tudor stainless with red dial turns me on. I don't want to offend other people at work however. Is stainless steel too much unless you're senior or should more junior people stick to something with a leather band?

 

Clifton - Chill (neat and subtle) Tudor Red - Flashy (because of the colour) Aquaracer - Midway but shouldn't be much of a problem

I've worn the Carrera Caliber 16 and found it to be pretty huge and flashy. As long as it's not a gold rolex/AP/Patek kind of stuff you should be fine.
