BCG diagnostics cases?
Hey everyone, has anyone interviewed with BCG and encountered a profitability diagnostics case, eg. profits are down, why is this the case and how can you boost profits back up? If so, how can I prepare for these diagnostics cases?
Pardon the dumb question, but isn’t this a step in a traditional case? How does a diagnostic case differ from a traditional management consulting case?
