Best companies to apply to entry-level analyst position right out of school? Advice for a novice? Fire away

I am a senior at a high-rank public university looking to enter CRE. I did not study finance, business, real estate, or anything of the sort, but have some experience doing typical intern work at boutiques. I have a strong communication skills and am actively working on fleshing out hard skills for my resume. I'm seeking an entry-level analyst position at a larger brokerage — prioritizing high deal flow and potential to build a strong network. Any shop suggestions, comments, career advice, etc.? Anything is appreciated — just want to hear what you have to say!
