Hey all.. I am looking to hear what are the best firms to join if someone wanted to become a turnaround specialist.
Who should we be talking about here? - AlixPartners? - Alvarez & Marsal? - FTI Consulting?
(Note: I am excluding the banking aspect of restructuring, like Blackstone, Lazard, HLHZ, etc. I am more looking for Turnaround / Operational Restructuring)

No idea what market you're looking at. As for Europe, this field is generally led by McKinsey and Roland Berger. Alix was pushing, but without much success. If you're from the US, the following numbers are not gonna be of much help to you.
