Hey guys,
I have been looking to get into angel investing for awhile now and there is a pretty good startup scene emerging where I am.
I am wondering, for anyone who does angel investments, how did you structure the business/deals? Did you set it up like a micro-VC? My initial intent was to form a holding company and then set up a separate LLC for each investment. What specifically do you look for when analyzing seed stage companies?
Any advice/feedback on the topic is extremely helpful. Thank you in advance!
