BIG 4 Consulting decison

So I'm from Pakistan and am a Chartered Accountant (student; 2/3 done) and here we join firms for practical experience which is compulsory. Here Pwc is a mile ahead of other firms overall but more specifically for audit. Then comes KPMG, then EY and the worst of the lot is Deloitte. Since I aspire a career in strategy consulting, I need to join a firm that can offer international placements in future as well because consulting services are only done for very large corps here and those are very few. EY Performance advisory is the big dog in terms of consulting here. Other 3 are all at a small scale and are almost equal. I now need to know how to prioritize these firms if I plan on making a career in strategy and a top 10 mba in future. The offer acceptance time is like 3-4 days so I need to be very clear regarding the decision. I'd like to mention again that Pwc is huge here but I have been unable to gather any beneficial info regarding their consulting dept. After reading some answers on this forum, Deloitte/EY seem the ideal choice. Uptil now, I'm leaning towards 1)EY 2)Deloitte 3)Pwc 4)KPMG
Also getting into deloitte is extremely easy here as many students don't even apply there.

Can't comment too much about the landscape in Pakistan, but generally big4 experience is somewhat equivalent, with maybe some small regional differences, eg. if you want to move internationally to the US (Deloitte has a bigger presence there in consulting). However, that move is difficult, made even more difficult if the team in Pakistan is seen poorly by the rest of the network.

In my view, it's best to go with the best team in your country (which you say is EY), as that would give you better project experience to move to an EY office in another country.

For a top 10 (global) MBA, the big4 you work at doesn't matter that much outside the US. That being said, US MBA adcoms are a bit biased against big4 experience (unless you work at Deloitte S&O, Strategy& or EY-P)
