Can Someone Check My Resume + Other questions regarding CRE -- Cornell Junior

Hi all, I am a junior at Cornell very interested in commercial real estate. I haven't had much luck with internships and was wondering 2 things:

1) Can someone take a look at my resume. I have a weird resume as I do not have much relevant experience since it took me a bit of time in college to figure out what I really wanted. I also do not know if my resume in general is strong etc. If you can have a quick look, I can DM you my resume.

2) Is there still opportunities to get decent summer analyst positions in CRE? I am very interested in acquisitions, but I know this is very hard to obtain. I am not gunning for Blackstone or any of the big Investment Banks, but something with huge learning potential and something that can possibly convert to a full-time job.

Thank you so much.

2) RE Investment shops (AM/PE Funds/etc) typically hire as needed and formal recruiting processes are few and far between for an internship once you step out of the institutional space. Partners at these firms are not typically thinking about internship needs in December. My best advice, after you run through opportunities on your school job board, is to reach out to all the local shops in whatever city(s) you want to spend your summer (not sure what the Ithica RE scene is like). Given your education, you will probably receive prompt feedback even without the experience they might hope for. If learning and having a hands-on experience is your top priority, a smaller shop might be your best fit. Larger shops might have you doing more redundant tasks such as organizing comps, etc.
