I am in the process of starting my career (currently finishing my MSA and MBA) at either a big4 or regional accounting firm. Is it difficult to transition to a bb from either the big4 or regional or would i have a better chance of going to a boutique or PE shop? What would you recommend if I wanted to get into m&a?
