Career / Offer Advice - Structured Equity + Credit

Can anyone provide insight on career path and exit optionality after joining a role like this? Imagine it will be more constrained than typical PE exits, but curious to hear people’s perspectives and whether or not you are now pigeonholed into doing structured equity / credit forever or if there’s optionality to enter traditional equity roles
