Changing school worth it?

I'm at a nobody school, Southern New Hampshire University. Doing B.S in finance. looks like I can get into Penn State, but I seriously doubt my ability to get into the lion fund. My options for extracurriculars are low because I work full time on top of school. So far my plan to be competitive is passing the CFA level 1 before graduation, and using the mentor service here for polish. I also have progressive responsibility to gab about at my fortune 50 company and I will hit a 3.7 gpa. IS PENN STATE WORTH IT? Do I transfer? My biggest worry is the resulting calculus class fucking my GPA. My goal is investment management or trading. Hedge fund someday. Bank arm or asset manager would be great for now.
