Cold email -> Coffee meet, what should I ask?

I've been shooting off cold emails to Alumni working in Asset Management, a mixture of Investment Managers and Private Wealth Managers. Luckily enough, I've had some positive responses. Essentially I'm looking to get some work experience, even if it's just shadowing someone, what should I be asking in these interviews to put my best foot forward?

Cheers.
