Commercial Office Loan Vs. Multifamily Loan
Hi Guys-
I was just wondering when looking at how commercial office loans and multifamily loans are structured what are the key differences? I have only worked in the multifamily industry and am just curious if there are different structures and metrics that are considered for the different property types?

Office buildings will likely have higher DSC requirements along with lower amortization and LTV terms. But, as always, if it is strong in preliminary u/w prior to issuing a term sheet, these might change.
