Consulting firms taking in year round
I applied (and ultimately failed the 2nd round interview) at Accenture, they seem like one of the few consulting firms which took in people year round and not necessarily direct from undergrad. Is anyone else aware of firms that take in and start training for entry-level consultants year round?
I'm a couple years out of school, been doing an international fellowship and am looking to enter consulting when I get back to the states...
Thanks!

They all do to an extent, you've just got to be fortunate to be in touch with them when there's a project ramping up. Certainly I'd focus more on the 2nd tiers and boutiques rather than MBB (who are more structured in their recruiting practices)
