Looking good, other than a few minor flaws (capitalize abbreviations, etc.).
If you've worked on any live deals / projects in particular during your boutique IB internship I would add those in a similar fashion as you've done for the MC internship. It'd give you something to talk about during the interview and be more distinctive than the traditional DCF / CCA / CTA description.
