Development Joint Venture — investor
Thoughts on working at a dev shop that is the investor/packs a lot of the equity in a joint venture on all of the deals? One that essentially oversees all projects but gets a seat at the table for decision making bc it is the majority owner? Is this the wrong side of the table to be on? Or how does CRE view this?
Sounds great, solid returns, lean shop, good exposure, not a ton of work.
