I am not qualified to answer this question as I am just an undergrad myself but have scoured LinkedIn to study career trajectories I would say the overwhelming majority of UK born London Analysts come via undergrad while a lot of European Analyst are recruited after doing their masters.

I would disagree with this. It’s more 50/50 for UK folks. And for continental Europe more like 70/30 towards masters. But again this just shows who’s successful at getting offers, we effectively recruit anyone so long they are good enough, and a master student is more likely to have more work experience thus being more competitive

Did a linkedin search recently and arrived at around 50/50. Think it was like 1000 UGs and 1000 MScs at the Analyst level.

Obviously, not everyone will have a LinkedIn so the real numbers will probably differ but anecdotally that sounds about right.

Standard UG targets/semi-targets represented (mainly UK and EUR but also from schools in: APAC, NAM, AFR etc) and standard EUR MSc feeder programs represented.
