Do Recruiters Care About Your Hobbies/Interests?
Should I add a "Hobbies/Interests" section to my CV if I have nothing so interesting to add to that section? I know it doesn't take much space on my CV but it doesn't seem to be adding any sort of value to it.
I was wondering whether recruiters expect it on there or not. I've heard that recruiters skim through CV's pretty quickly so my guess is most of them won't even bother to look at that section.
Any advice? Ditch it or keep it?
They couldn't care less about your hobbies or interest.
