I applied in September for an IB analyst internship and an IB markets sales internship and got invited to the hireview almost immediately. Then I did the markets Superday a few days ago, and the IB one a few days ago too, but neither asked me to do a first round of interviews. I have a 3.95 and I'm coming from a good school (top 25 overall, top 10 business), but idk if it is a target school and I have done 0 networking, so I am very confused why they would invite me to Superday. Is it a bad sign that I didn't get the first round first?

For example, Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan do a superday after a hirevue. There are no first rounds with people for either process.
Completely normal. You're not special.
