Exit strategy for e-comm FX Sales?

Hi,

I am currently interning at a BB in ecommerce FX Sales and I wonder what the exit opportunities are.

All the members of my desk have been there for more than 5-6 years and I am not sure what else they could do if they leave. I am just afraid it could be a pigeonhole which would lead me to no other opportunities if I want to leave this role.

Also, I am aware the summer internship conversion rate on this desk seems to be quite high (close to 80%), so if I get the offer I want to make sure I am selecting the right career path.

Thanks.
