EY-Parthenon Growth Strategy Group vs LEK Consulting Generalist

Hey y'all, I was wondering the pros and cons as consultant in EY-Parthenon's Growth Group and LEK's Consulting .  To my understanding, both follow a project time line that are very short and fast-paced. I have potential interviews lined up for both of these firms for their Summer Analyst program which I look to convert into FT

Best Exits? In particular in the tech industry

Best Office Culture/Best Work Life?(Hours worked on average).  I've read like brutal stuff about LEK's culture here however according to their presentations they offer protected weekends and all that, don't know how true that is.

Would love some personal opinions on which one you guys would take.

Do you have offers from all of these shops? If not the question is kind of moot . I've had friends get offers at places you'd think of as better than the shops you've mentioned , but no offers from those shops, so focus on getting the offers before picking

I ask because I have two referrals from both firms and was gauging which one would be better since I do want to do PE DD but also would enjoy some general strategy, in which case EY-Parthenon would win I believe, but also the diluted brand of EY and their most recent merge within EY is what's keeping me on the edge.

Just interview first and see what happens. Interviewing with current employees will give you a good feel of what each team is like. Just as the previous comment mentioned, I didn't even get past the resume screen at LEK but got an offer with an MBB, which I ended up liking the best due to the people

the diluted brand at parthenon doesn't matter if youre in growth strategy, its for all the people in TSE that are not legit parthenon. growth strategy is basically the group that you want to be in at parthenon, and imo i think WLB and culture at parthenon is a lot better than LEK and LEK from what i've heard about friends working there is that its a complete sweatshop and the culture is to hop in and leave
