F200 Leadership Development Program vs. Deloitte
Hello, first time poster so please let me know if I've posted in the right place. I'm looking for advice between two offers, and career advice in general.
In short, I have two main offers I'm considering: I have an offer for a Fortune 200 Rotational Leadership Development Program, and an offer for a Deloitte Tech internship.
My ultimate goal is to end up somewhere high impact at the intersection of business and technology. I know that's rather vague, but I'm thinking somewhere along the lines of product management (such as the Facebook RPM program). I also haven't considered whether or not I want to pursue an MBA. Ideally, I don't want to try and get an MBA if I can achieve my goals without it. Not to sound cliche, but the work I do would be more important than the pay.
With the RLDP, my goal afterward would be to end up in their venture capital arm. However, this is not set in stone and I may end up in a variety of other positions. My main concern is that the company deals primarily with CPGs, but I'm still leaning towards this offer.
With Deloitte, the internship sounds good but it's not certain I would get the job after.
