Failed multiple superdays / look for advice

Hi monkeys, I am a rising junior at a target. Though I've received four SDs at multiple banks due to networking/luck, all I got are rejections and I was wondering why. I know someone said it's a number game but I am feeling extremely anxious as I'm wasting my opportunities. Would greatly appreciate any insights/experience into it:)

A little bit about me: lived in six different countries/ speak multiple languages, a strong resume, polished behavioural answers, have mocked countless times with seniors/mentors/anyone I came across on LinkedIn, quite outgoing personality but would not be so confident if the interviewer was a little bit pushy/unfriendly. The biggest thing for me is that I feel like I don't know how to make interviewers like me, like I am that kind of "ok" candidate but not outstanding. Was told to answer questions in a conversational way but how do you turn the answer to "tell me ab this internship" into a conversation? FYI, I'm international, so sponsorship is also a thing. Thank you guys n have a nice day<<

Almost impossible if you're an international who needs sponsorship - I'm surprised that you're even getting Superdays. Almost noone sponsors - they have thousands of overqualified US citizens to choose from. Get a position in your own country and try to lateral to the US.

Despite the sponsorship thing, is there anything else important for a SD?

You can turn the "tell me about this internship" question into a conversation. For example, walk them through it and list the valuable skills you've extrapolated, then turn the question to them in some meaningful way. For example; "at my internship, I worked on a valuation of a company and have learned how to carry out a comparables analysis independently and accurately. I would like to now ask, at your team do analysts typically take full responsibility of similar projects and work autonomously, or is everything typically divided in small team tasks?

Idk maybe poor example, but you should always be able to find a way to turn their question into a question to them...avoids awkwardness and makes a lively conversation. In the end, it also, won't be so awkward if you run out of further questions as you've been bringing them up the entire interview.

But would also echo that most likely its your lack of luck is due to visa.
