Fake Graduate Analyst Programs
Is it just me or graduate programs are becoming fake? I am going through two AC for graduate programs in Global Markets, which should be rotational between Sales and trading, but then when I get invited to interview they say that the role will be just in sales. Why is that?!
Maybe no traders were available to interview you.
Nono. They say that the role will be in Sales, it is not a matter of who is available.
Quite a small sample size to come to that conclusion.
That's why I created the post. To understand if it is just me or not.
Have a couple of friends in graduate programs and theirs seem fine. I would guess ur situation is rare tbh.
