Never too late

If you can't do unpaid PWM or something email firms to "job shadow" and just keep showing up everyday and put it on your resume

Interning for WSO is better than PWM. Everyone has PWM.

Doesn't matter really. I think the most important thing for freshman summer is to find something that will differentiate you and also something you can talk about during interviews. This does not necessarily have to be finance. PWM is finance but is not great for interviews or your resume. I'm sure you can find a decent sophomore internship without any finance experience, but you have to have something that you can be passionate about.

can't hurt to cold call but if nothing shows up, just enjoy your summer! this could be your last summer of freedom, so savor it. freshman summer internship isn't a huge deal anyway.

slash you should intern for WSO
