Gap year 2022, when to apply for OC?

Hi,

I'm going into my last year of of a EU target bachelor. I'm planning on doing a gap year after my bachelors to try and get an OC internship in IBD before doing a master.

Are these OCs usually in fall? If so when should I start looking or applying for these programs?

(I had a summer internship in an investment advisory division of PWM this summer and I want get an IBD experience before my masters and get more time for my GMAT, is this a good way to do it ? Or are OCs very hard to get? )

Many thanks for your help.
