Grades after junior year

So I am a junior econ major at a liberal arts school and got a C+ semester grade in econometrics (the organic chemistry of economics as they say). I currently have a 3.5, and I'm projecting that will go down this semester because of the bad grade in that course.

I have a summer lined up in a MM investment bank and hoping to get a FT offer and then go into private equity. Might be a dumb question, but does this GPA/situation hurt my chances of getting into a top-tier PE firm or grad school down the line (assuming I turn things around for my last year)?
