Greystar Development
Gents,
I was wondering what people thought of the development arm for Greystar? I was hit up for a associate position in the northeast and it seems interesting. Any insight would help. Cheers!

Career Resources
well regarded, I would consider a top shop for sure.
I know many people on their development team. Great place.
Did they quote comp? I saw and applied to an analyst position there, not sure if they are looking for both an analyst and associate, or are looking for either/or and will decide on the best value based on the candidate pool.
I haven't heard good things about their NE office. Seems like they don't really know what they're doing; not the best rep.
Care to elaborate on this?
Do a quick search for them on the forum, you'll find a few threads. The stuff I've read about them on here is good, more specifically the exposure you get to different phases of the project. I'm looking at them as well...
Does anyone have a ballpark idea what they pay for a development analyst ?
I did some further digging on the site (thanks to @Standclear1 for the suggestion). There are many threads on Greystar throughout the years. Here are the two company entries on WSO. These should be consolidated into one.

These have some salary numbers, but I assumed there would be more info than this. Here is the Glassdoor entry:

There are salaries for analyst and senior analyst which seem accurate when compared to the market.

Personally, I have not heard back on the potential opp. in NYC, but I believe they were just feeling out the market for candidates.

They have one of the best cultures out there in real estate. Everyone is smart without egos, not much hierarchy as you are incentivized to lead your own deals. Bob Faith is a G - Ex trammell Crow guy who were all big bros
